Crystal's place was just right. It was within walking distance to some really great restaurants and the beach was a stone throw away which was great for my early morning walks following by a stop at local cafe. The property was very secure and the staff was very friendly and helpful along with the lovely Frappuccino 😄 (pup) as bonus. Although it is in a vibrant area in Coco Beach, it was most peaceful and very relaxing with a nice big pool to cool down during the day. Crystal was VERY responsive and just an amazing host. Thank you Crystal and Dale for having us. 10/10 highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! Will definitely recommend to all our friends and family! Absolutely everything you would need and then some. The property is beautiful, well maintained and relaxing. Everyone else who was either visiting or lives in the condos was so friendly and welcoming as well. We happened to be visiting the same time as the hosts and they are the best type of people, made us feel right at home. They had plenty of recommendations & even saved us a seat to go out for karaoke night with them! Larry, the security guard was also amazing, even after a late night and a few too many margarita the gate was open before we could even got to it! Everything is right close and walking distance from the property! Wil 10/10 recommend until we are able to visit again.

excelente apartamento estudio, ubicación genial. andabamos en bus, y no hizo falta el carro para nada! Solo para Penca y Calzon de pobre tomamos uber, o bicis también. Paradizio condos es hermoso :)

We really enjoyed our stay! A great condo complex with the option of enjoying the pool, or heading to the beach. Close walking distance to the main strip with entertainment/restaurants!

The listing is exactly as described, which is exactly what I needed. Walkable to all of Coco, including the the beach. The kitchen was perfect for making small meals, had everything I needed to cook. Full-sized fridge was a pleasant surprise. Queen sized bed was very comfy, and the AC above the bed ensured a good night's sleep. The pool, lawn area, and outdoor kitchen were inviting. I felt very safe the entire time with the locked gates, and security guard at night. I will definitely be back!

We were extremely happy with our stay - exactly what was described! We felt safe and comfortable! With the outdoor kitchen and the pool, we got to know the other people in the complex. The location is perfect, close to great local restaurants and groceries store. The beach was an easy walk and you could walk everywhere from Crystal’s place. Crystal was great to communicate and she responded quickly with our questions. Thank you, we will be back - highly recommended!!!

This was my 3rd time staying at Crystal's. This should tell you how much I enjoy staying there. I feel safe and comfortable. Easy walk to beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else on the main street of Coco. Yet it just far away enough away to have peace and quiet from main street. Looking forward to another stay at Crystal's.

Crystal and Dale are great hosts! We had a lovely time at Playa del Coco. The beach was walking distance with plenty of food joints close by.The condominium is very safe, there is a night guard who takes care of the gate at night. The pool was amazing! We took several dips during day and night.Highly recommend!
